This is not your tradition, flimsy suction cup. FECA products use a patented technology to powerfully suck and hold air so tight that product can stick on non-porous surfaces for a long time.
FECA products will stay on non-porous surfaces such as tile, glass, mirror, metal, stainless steel, laminates, enamel surfaces, finished marble, granite, plastic board, and etc. Because every manufacture is different, check with your manufacture regarding the surface material and always test before use.

Big things come in small packages. Every FECA product can hold different weight, ranges from 8 – 26 pounds based on its design. Please check each product’s specification on packaging or product page on our website for their maximum weight capacity.
FECA products can withstand temperatures from 14F to 158F.
FECA products are 100% waterproof. Don’t worry about them slipping and sliding off from water.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased from our website, we will gladly accept returns of any unused item in original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Any product that is damaged or returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product will not be accepted. Please follow carefully the “how to return” instruction below to ensure a successful and timely return. You will be responsible for cost of return shipping back to us. Upon receipt of returned product, the original method of payment will be credited.

Product shipped to us must be properly packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit. Shipping your package using regular mailing envelopes is not acceptable, as they do not protect the product from damage during shipping. We will not accept any product that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification.
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) by 12PM Pacific Standard Time will ship same day, all other orders will ship on the next business day.
Sometimes there is a delay in transmitting the tracking number to specified carrier’s website. Usually it will take 24 hours for the tracking number to show and maybe longer for USPS. Please check regular on specified carrier’s website for any update.
